Pickup & Drop Off

For safety and security reasons, vehicles collecting or dropping off passengers at the front of the terminal must be attended at all times. Attended vehicles can only remain in the pick/up drop/off area for a maximum of 1 minute (Tow-away applies to unattended vehicles).

If you wish to meet and greet passengers it is recommended you take advantage of our 30-minutes FREE parking in the Short Stay Car Park.

If your passenger has not yet arrived, please do not park and wait in the pickup and drop off zones. This will only cause delays to drivers who are able to pick up passengers.

The pick-up and drop-off zone is located adjacent the short term car park. The lane closest to the terminal is only available for commercial vehicles.

Here are a few tips to make your pick-up/drop-off even easier:

Pick-up

  1. Find out if your passenger’s flight is arriving on time by, visiting the Flights section or check with their airline.
  2. If possible, let them know where in the pick-up zone you are waiting. Or park in the short term car park and meet the passenger as they arrive.
  3. When picking up a passengers, remember to take into account the time they’ll need to disembark their flight and collect their luggage (15-30 minutes).

Drop-off

  1. If you’re being dropped off and looking to check in, you are best to stop at the commencement of this lane. This is located the closest to the departures area of the terminal.

Sharp Airlines Pick-up and Drop-off

Sharp Airlines passengers can drop-off and pick-up in the 5 designated spaces in the Long-Term carpark and enjoy a 20-minute free parking period.
